west wing is dingy, needs some paint to liven the place up. Take a count of clothes and personal items. Everything seems to walk away. Brought 7 pair of brand new white socks. Left them to be labeled and never saw the feet of my Mother-in law. Night wear that were labeled walked away. Hanger were taken right out of the closet that were not in use. Mark your own clothes for loved ones and keep an eye on them when visiting. For incontinent people, the diapers are changed in the morning and patient is placed in the day room where they eat lunch and dinner. Diaper is changed again at bed time. This is the usual practice if you are not aware of it. Food is not a welcomed event to look forward to, and dinner is like a snack food. 2 stars is more than I would normally give.
